Now, after acquiring three further businesses, Sponge is entering a new phase of rapid growth. **What is a Performance Marketing Executive?** Job titles can be an enigma these days, so let's break it down a little Reporting to the Head of Growth within the Marketing Team in Sponge, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the digital demand generation on Organic search (SEO), Google Ads and other paid social media. You will: - Monitor demand performance using analytics - Update performance metrics in regular reports and dashboards - Make changes to landing pages to improve conversion rates - Run a/b tests on landing pages and report on results - Monitor keyword reports across paid and organic - Carry out keyword research to launch new campaigns and adverts - Edit and write effective Ad copy **We need people who are** - Experienced in Google Ads, ideally certified and Google Analytics - Familiar with paid social - Proficient in Excel - Capable of editing a website using a Content Management System - A competent communicator with strong written and numerical skills **Professional Characteristics** Sponge people are ambitious, comfortable with challenge, exciting, innovative, and open-minded.
