**Marketing Executive Maternity Cover**

Whitechurch Securities LTD has been established for forty years providing both investment management solutions and financial advisory services. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our company and support our business objectives through the delivery of marketing plans, collateral and campaigns, whilst ensuring that regulatory requirements are adhered to and tasks are delivered in an efficient and timely manner. The Marketing Executive will work both independently and closely with internal departments and build productive relationships with external customers, partners and suppliers.

The role is full-time on a fixed term contract for maternity cover, 3 days a week can be working from home if desired with 2 days attending our Redland office.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the development of company profile across a range of channels and mediums - both print and digital
- Use of Google Analytics to improve and monitor SEO
- Proof reading and copy editing of communications
- Production and development of marketing literature including co-ordination and delivery of:
**a. **E-mail and Direct Mail campaigns

**b. **Brochures & Application packs

**c. **Quarterly factsheets and investment performance sheets

**d. **Artwork for collateral such as pop-up banners and branded merchandise

**e. **Branded templates and digital assets for internal use
- Creating presentations and marketing material for other departments
- Regularly updating the company websites - for example, blogs, vlogs and quarterly updates
- Attending as required business meetings of other departments - take notes and feedback on actions
- Co-ordinating internal events and issuing internal messages
- Assisting with and possibly attending, client and 3rd party events
- Other reasonable duties as directed by the Marketing Director
**Requirements**:

- Essential_
- Ability to generate ideas, think creatively and find solutions to challenges
- High proficiency in the creation of artwork & graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
- Working knowledge of social media channels
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords & SEO
- A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter
- Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Desirable_
- Experience/knowledge of Financial /Professional Services
- Experience of working independently
