Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department: EMEA Regional Marketing
Reports To: EMEA Regional Marketing Director
Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid Working Available)

**ROLE SUMMARY**

As a key member of the PADI EMEA Marketing Team, the Marketing Executive shapes marketing strategies,
creates impactful campaigns, and works with an incredible network of PADI dive centers, global teams, and
ocean enthusiasts.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following**:

- **Fuel the Dive Industry**: Drive awareness and demand for local and international diving courses, trips

and adventures in priority EMEA markets like Germany, Maldives, South Africa, Greece, and the
Netherlands.
- **Empower Dive Centers**: Provide marketing tools, strategies, and training to help PADI retail and

resort members grow their dive businesses.
- **Launch Engaging Campaigns**: Work closely with the PADI Global Marketing Team to create

regionalized B2C marketing campaigns that inspire the next generation of recreational and
professional scuba divers.
- **Create Member Resources**: Develop toolkits, webinars, guides, and marketing assets that live on the

PADI Marketing Hub to support PADI members with their business and marketing.
- **Drive Brand Awareness**: Manage regional partnerships, execute content collaborations, deliver

influencer and media opportunities and project manage content shoots to elevate the PADI brand
across EMEA.
- **Coordinate Epic Events**: Support regional dive shows and marketing events, ensuring both

consumers and members stay engaged and excited.
- **Champion Ocean Conservation**: Align marketing efforts with **PADI’s Pillars of Change**, driving

sustainability, inclusivity, and ocean protection across all elements of our work.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- **Marketing Expertise**: 3+ years in marketing/communications with a strong understanding of digital

marketing, content creation, and branding.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinker**: Experience of developing innovative marketing strategies and

balancing creativity with business goals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with marketing tools like Canva, Wrike/Asana, WordPress, SEMrush, Google

Analytics, and social media platforms.
- **Multilingual Advantage**: Fluency in English is a must; an additional EMEA language is also essential
- German, French, Italian, Dutch or Arabic.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at

all levels.
- **Self-Starter**: Experience of taking initiative, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced

environment with mínimal supervision.
