We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive (or Marketing Campaign Coordinator) to join a busy marketing team. The role offers room for development in the fast-growing company, with plenty of variation, all the while tackling the climate crisis.

We are looking for somebody with some previous marketing experience who can demonstrate real world experience planning, executing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.

**Key responsibilities in the role**:

- Supporting core KPIs by planning and managing marketing campaigns across integrated channels including PPC, display, social media, digital, print, events, website, OOH.
- Leading on campaign delivery, ensuring creativity is consistent and performance is optimised.
- Manage campaign data and follow up with detailed analysis and reporting, whilst measuring ROI and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Optimise future campaigns based on those findings for improved performance.
- Managing media schedules.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure financial management of digital media and production budgets.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Other responsibilities will include day to day administration work together with maintaining and improving regular daily, weekly and monthly reports and automating where possible.

**What you’ll need**:

- To be an experienced marketer - used to planning, managing, and executing integrated campaigns, reporting on outcomes and acting on insight.
- Can plan an end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Be able to take a brief, think about what steps, people and resources you need to put in place to deliver against the brief.
- Have experience in identifying target audience segments, and devising campaigns and content to engage them.
- Ability to brief and oversee the work of third parties (web developers, designers, copywriters etc).
- You’ll have experience with analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC etc) is highly desirable.
