**Duties**
- Support sales team with their lender proposals.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are kept.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Support other administrative functions as required to enhance office efficiency.
**Experience**
- (preferred) Experience in computerised systems, particularly Adobe and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on organisational abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
