**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise Xero for financial record-keeping and invoicing as required.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow within the organisation.

**Qualification / Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
