We are currently seeking a dedicated **Induction & Training Coordinator** to support the onboarding and development of our new care staff.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Coordinating and delivering engaging induction programmes for new recruits
- Supporting staff competency assessments and continuous development
- Maintaining accurate and compliant staff files and training records
- Ensuring we meet all CQC and regulatory training standards
- Being the friendly go-to for new team members
- Working closely with our leadership and care teams to foster a strong, well-trained workforce

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A background in care - you understand what person-centred care _really_ means
- Experience in staff training, HR, or induction processes
- Knowledge of **PCS** (Person Centred Software) and **CoolCare** is desirable
- Organised, approachable, and confident communicating with teams at all levels
- Someone who can work flexibly across **2 days per week**
