**Compliance Coordinator**

The Seventy Ninth Group is a family-owned asset management company with entrepreneurial spirit, based in the UK, but with Global reach, and partners around the world.

The primary role of the Compliance Coordinator is to assist the Compliance Manager and the senior management team with the protection of the assets, reputation and sustainability of the business.

This is done by following the business’ compliance policies and procedures.

The Compliance Coordinator:
Primary Activities
- Quality assurance monitoring.
- Providing DD reports for review
- Highlight or escalate areas of concern
- Ensure that findings are recorded and followed up with the Compliance Manager so that issues can be rectified
- Provide regular reports to the Compliance Manager on compliance activities and issues
- Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the business
- Supporting the Compliance Manager with queries relating to company policies, and compliance.
- Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests
- Assist with checking, and updating, company policies to ensure they are current and that procedures follow them.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance
- Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
- Assist the Compliance Manager with training colleagues on the regulations, and the impact on the business if these are not complied with
- Perform various general compliance administrative duties e.g., updating policy documentation, file creation, and inputting ongoing management information

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 1 years’ experience in a compliance role

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
