**COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST**

The Regional Communications team, based in London, directs internal and external communications efforts to build the reputation of the agency network internally and externally. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist to join the team.

**The Role**:
The Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting the regional Communications team in managing our internal and external communications. Specifically you'll be responsible for:

- Fielding regional, local and global network requests and assignments
- Drafting, developing, and managing the production of communications materials such as website, social media content, bios, video reels, etc, presentations and internal newsletters. You'll have the scope to develop skills in external press release creation.
- Facilitating and coordinating regional events for leadership and clients - virtual and offline
- Support senior executive regional communications priorities
- Support the regional team in all major areas and projects
- Knowledge management of all regional communications assets - bios, photos, fact sheets, press clippings, press materials, agency fact sheets, event calendars, award calendars, press assets etc.
- Scheduling meetings for team and key stakeholders

**Your background**:
The Communications Specialist will be able to demonstrate:

- Some prior experience in advertising, marketing, communications, and/or public relations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Media Studies would be advantageous.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with proven project management skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate, identify, communicate and resolve problems
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote) required.
- Desktop publishing skills ie Photoshop/Adobe/InDesign
- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn experience
