About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable
Employee Communications Specialist
to support internal communications across EMEA. This role is ideal for someone with
1–2 years of experience in corporate or internal communications
who's eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment.

You'll help craft engaging content, support go-to-market strategies, and contribute to impactful campaigns that align and inspire employees. If you have strong writing skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing EMEA-wide employee communications strategies focused on go-to-market activities, product milestones, and corporate campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and produce internal communications materials (newsletters, presentations, digital content, leadership talking points).
  • Manage content distribution across internal channels (Intranet, CMS, email tools).
  • Build reports to measure communication impact and effectiveness.
  • Incorporate industry trends and best practices into innovative content creation.
  • Support team projects to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in corporate communications, PR, or internal communications (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience creating content for digital and multimedia channels.
  • Interest in technology and go-to-market strategies is a plus.
