Working closely with Brokers, Clients and Legal teams, youll ensure every contract aligns with business objectives whilst navigating evolving Regulatory landscapes. This is a pivotal role for the business, its growing rapidly and youll be able to ensure it does so in the best possible way - and leading the Market while doing do. Youll need an International focus however your Broker contacts will be UK based. This role offers genuine flexibility with remote working, though youll need to collaborate closely with the London Broking team. Also youll be able to work from local offices, if you prefer. As Senior Reinsurance Wordings Specialist your main responsibilities will include: * Draft and negotiate bespoke treaty Reinsurance wordings * Manage stakeholder relationships across Production, Placement, Claims and Compliance * Establish wordings standards and best practices across the organisation * Maintain template repositories and drive continuous improvement * Monitor market developments and embed Regulatory requirements To be a successful Senior Reinsurance Wordings Specialist youll demonstrate: * Strong treaty Reinsurance wordings experience in the London Market * Ability to create bespoke wordings from scratch * Strong negotiation skills and Contract Certainty expertise * Knowledge of Regulatory frameworks and contract law * Commercial awareness with meticulous attention to detail * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
