Michael Page Technology are looking for an experienced recruiter to join them in supporting the internal growth of their business focusing on more senior and experienced appointments. **Client Details** Michael Page Technology is one of PageGroups fastest growing brands, globally. As we continue to grow exponentially, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with us in supporting our expansion further. This will include leading on some key and high-profile projects recruiting more senior and experienced profiles to join our business. - Location is flexible as there is the opportunity for hybrid working (you will ideally be able to travel to either our London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Manchester offices 1-2 times per week). - Unique opportunity within Talent Acquisition to receive a market leading bonus structure + top private healthcare, flexible benefits scheme, and an enhanced maternity/paternity scheme. - Opportunity to support the growth of the fast-growing brand within a FTSE 250 global business. **Description** As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: - Business partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of PageGroup to understand our organisational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth, - Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be experts in Talent Acquisition. - Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices - Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find more senior appointments including specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business **Profile** - At least 5-7 years within a Talent Acquisition role, or 5-7 years within a Recruitment Consultant position ideally within the tech space or with understanding of the technology market - Experience implementing and delivering senior recruitment hiring and head-hunting projects - Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by success **Job Offer** - Progression opportunities - the team is looking to expand rapidly with lots of opportunity to move up to more Senior Talent Acquisition roles, and transparency on how to get there - Hybrid working - we offer an opportunity for a balance between home and office. - Competitive basic salary with the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission/bonuses per placement made - Additional benefits including private medical insurance, pension plan, "My Benefits" - our flexible benefits scheme, opportunity to buy or sell holiday, Tech Scheme (discounted laptops, tablets etc.), GymFlex and more - Best in industry parental pay policies - A truly inclusive workplace
