You will partner closely with senior managers to understand hiring needs, drive a premium candidate experience, and support the onboarding journey to ensure every new hire is set up for success.We're also open to candidates who have experience acrossPeople, HR, or People Ops functions, particularly those who bring practical knowledge ofHiBob, new starter onboarding, and supporting culture/engagement initiatives.You will play a key role in hiring individuals who reflect our values:Inspire, Improve, Innovate, and Include.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & RecruitmentProactively source top-tier candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities, networks, and referrals.Lead screening calls and manage multi-stage interview processes.Maintain and continually refine EVP presentations and recruitment materials.Prepare candidates thoroughly for each interview stage and manage communication throughout.Stakeholder PartnershipCollaborate closely with Founders, Sales Leaders, HR and L&D teams to align on hiring needs.Translate requirements into clear criteria and selection frameworks.Provide regular updates and talent insights to stakeholders.People, Onboarding & Culture SupportSupport HR and L&D with onboarding plans, induction activities, and probation milestones.Maintain accurate and compliant hiring and employee data within HiBob , Seven20, and SharePoint.Contribute to culture, retention, and people initiatives across the business.What You'll Need to SucceedProven background in talent acquisition , executive search , agency recruitment , or technical recruiting .Experience in People/HR functions is also valuable.Familiarity with HR systems such as HiBob and experience supporting onboarding processes.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a high level of professionalism.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple live processes simultaneously.A proactive, solution-focused, creative problem solver.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.Strong competency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Success MeasuresConsistent time-to-fill of
