Temporary Project Administrator role based at Cambridge Biomedical campus with this global pharmaceuticals company with multiple sites across Cambridgeshire. With hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days form home this role is an initial 3 month fixedterm contract with potential to go permanent.

**Description**

**Project Administrator Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and updating of project trackers
- Capturing and tracking project meeting actions
- Collecting, collating & inputting project data as requested
- Updating powerpoint slide decks
- Organising project meetings and team events including liaising with facilities management teams
- Providing support with wider project team activities
- Additional administration duties as required

**Profile**

**Project Administrator Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong administrative experience
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Confidence in working with complex datasets
- Hands on experience of working with Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multiskilled team
- High touch customer service experience
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Flexibility to work across Cambridgeshire sites on occasions
- Experience of working in a complex, matrix, global organisation

**Job Offer**

Flexible hybrid working with 3 days in office Cambridge bio medical campus and 2 days form home. 3 months FTC role with permanent and career progression prospects
