Job title: Project Administrator - Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, office based
Location: Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge UK
**Salary**: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain knowledge of key clients and contacts.
- Set up and maintain department files - both physical and electronic.
- Collect and manage photos associated with project archives.
- Provide travel support, ensuring employee travel needs and competitive prices are met.
- Maintain calendars, contact databases, and appointments for managers on a daily basis.
- Track all project related contracts, invoices, and change orders to support project workflow process.
- Set up and arranges meetings, facilities and accommodations as required.
- Receive and distribute mail
- Manage expense reports
- Able to Proofread and edit materials to ensure high quality communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Specifications**:
- Similar clerical support responsibilities are desired.
- Experience at a property or construction company is preferred.
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-initiator with the ability to problem solve.
- Approachable, positive and friendly demeanour and work with competing priorities and demands.
- Organised and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities.
- Excellent communicator - both verbally and written
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Able to maintain excellent relationships at all levels
- Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively, flexibly, and responsively.
