Part time - 9 months fixed term.

An opportunity has arisen, for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated administrator to be part of the Diagnosing Advanced Dementia Mandate (DiADeM) pilot project, based in the South locality of Cambridgeshire.

The post holder will work closely with the OPMH Memory Assessment Service to support with business delivery of the DiADeM project (diagnosing advanced dementia mandate, a tool to aid memory assessment for people in the advanced stages of dementia) in care homes.

The post is to provide administrative and business support to the clinical lead for the project. To liaise with wider professional colleagues and residential/nursing homes in the South locality.

- Support with the co-ordination and completion of clinical audits
- Project support to deliver clinical and service improvement projects
- Support with preparation of reports on MAS performance and the analysis of performance information
- To work closely with DiADeM clinician to identify patients open to memory assessment service waiting list, who are resident in residential/nursing home. Co-ordinate and liaise with primary care staff to collate relevant information.
- To provide administrative support to clinician involved with the DiADeM project, to collect and collate data for auditing processes within the project.
