This well-established eCommerce-focused Digital agency is looking for a PPC Manager to come onboard and take on a team leadership (Team of 3) and client facing role within in their agency. The agency has been around for roughly 5 years and has made a namefor it’s self catering to the PPC needs of Retailers and eCommerce companies both large and small. They have been told by their clients that they are looking to increase budgets and they now need extra client & team management to achieve their goals.

The PPC Manager will be responsible for all things PPC, the team currently have a real mix of experience with a PPC veteran has over a decade of experience in Paid Media and is considered technically gifted when it comes to PPC who manages the campaignsof the high profile 6-figure spending accounts and then 2 grads up are hungry to leave and need your guidance to find their way in the world of PPC. The role is going to focus on client management and the strategic aspects of PPC such as making sure the campaignsare rocks solid and constantly pushing for an ever better ROAS.

Client budgets start at £50k with the moving average moving to 80k - £100k and will be north of £200k in the next 6 months. So you will be working with companies who know the value of PPC and are prepared to put money behind that belief.

As part of the PPC team, you will work closely with the Founder on the direction of the PPC team and build on their solid team foundation. The Founder are still a big part of the agency are a driving force behind their culture and ambitions for the future.

The role is based in Leatherhead - 2 days a week and the rest from home.Role responsibilities:

- Managing client accounts to an industry-leading standard, gaining profitable results for clients
- Manages ‘the team’, which includes: Running internal catchups & team sessions
- Go-to day to day contact for the team on almost all matters Organises / approves 1 to 1 troubleshoots, Heads up hiring and personal team development
- Ensure team & company goals are agreed, documented and achieved
- Finding, pitching and signing new clients
- Sharing team performance with wider company
- Leading the overall direction of team growth

The PPC Manager role requires the following experience:
- Many years of direct experience in managing PPC advertising on all Google Ads networks.
- Proficient in providing an end to end PPC management service, from outlining an approach to launch, delivery and demonstrating results.
- Experienced in managing senior client relationships and other team members
- Experience in managing and leading internal teams towards growth and developing out processes
- A deep understanding of Google Ads, specifically in how to gain positive ROI and scaling up the spend / results of the account
- An advanced understanding of Analytics and standard marketing metrics / tracking methods
- Highly experienced in spreadsheets, managing multiple PPC accounts and basic automation of campaign management
- Google Ads qualifications are not required, but will be taken into consideration
- Previous agency / consultancy experience is required
