Ecommerce Manager – Hybrid (Guildford, 2 Days Office)

Salary: £55-£62,000 + Benefits

We're working with a
fast-growing Ecommerce business
in the consumer electronics sector that's expanding from the UK into Europe.

They're on the lookout for an
Ecommerce Manager
to take ownership of their Ecommerce strategy and lead the redevelopment of their Shopify Plus site across multiple markets.

If you're commercially sharp, data-driven, and eager to make a real impact in a collaborative team, this is the role for you.

The Role

As Ecommerce Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running and performance of multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring they're optimised for growth, scalability, and customer experience. You'll lead a major redevelopment project, launch new markets, and work closely with agencies and internal teams to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    Shopify ecommerce sites
    across the UK and Europe
  • Lead a
    website redevelopment project
    , improving UX, speed, and checkout journeys
  • Launch and localise new storefronts in additional European markets
  • Partner with agencies on
    SEO, PPC, and CRO projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams across
    email, social, and affiliate marketing
  • Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Produce performance reports on sales, traffic, conversion, and AOV
  • Continuously improve site navigation, responsiveness, and mobile experience
  • Oversee marketplace strategy with support from the Ecommerce Executive
  • Ensure
    cyber security and compliance
    across sites

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in ecommerce, ideally with
    Shopify Plus
  • Proven success managing
    international/multi-site ecommerce operations
  • Track record delivering
    CRO projects
    and improving conversion rates
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, PPC, affiliate, and email marketing
  • Commercially focused with a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
