- **Senior Registry Retention Specialist** into our market leading Registry team.**About the Position**:
As a
- **Senior Registry Retention Specialist**, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registry Retention Manager and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive student retention across all University Partnerships. You’ll be responsible for the collation, analysis and reporting of retention related student data and will support the implementation of new processes, procedures and working practices to support QA’s Student Retention Strategy.You’ll also be responsible for conducting a number of administrative activities to support improved student retention, and form part of a new and exciting function within QA Higher Education.**This role would be a great fit if you’ve got substantial experience of student administration, but if you’re a creative type with a flair for looking at things differently**, you should definitely apply**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation and coordination of a number of administrative activities and policies in line with QA’s Student Retention Strategy
- Management of the Registry Retention department mailbox and responsibility for query management
- Responsibility for managing and tracking student referrals to multiple student support departments
- Supporting the implementation of new processes, procedures and working practices in order to support retention initiatives and the accurate reporting of retention statistics
- To support with the development and implementation of any systems related requirements to support QA’s Student Retention Strategy
- Data collation, monitoring and analysis of the student journey in order to support in identifying at risk students and trends in student engagement and retention
- To provide administrative support on all retention related pilots and initiatives
