**Job description**:

- Create/delete/amend UIN's as per requests from Commercial on live CP&F.
- Compile and upload SPO templates on behalf of DIO, OEA and other TLBs.
- Upload SPO templates for MOD and manage errors as per agreed process.
- Valid invoices for DIO and other TLBs
- Upload bulk category code requests and assign codes as per agreed process and manage errors as per agreed process.
- Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) Creation, CPA Linking RFQ, Variant 1 amendments, Variant 1 closures.
- Process GEM Requests.
- Process SMART Forms.
- Action Remedy queries.
- Action Outlook queries.
- Run Inventory Interface Requisition / Receipt Error / Exostar interface reports via CP&F, distributing outputs to Inventory Managers or correcting within CP&F, as per agreed process.
- Update and validate Mapping Tables via CP&F.
- Raise contract opportunities with DSP/AWARD as/when required.
- Provide advice and guidance to users and stakeholders in relation to system standing data and transactional services.
- Ensure that customers are receiving the highest level of service.
- Maintain up to date training/guidance and process maps.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and add to team CI tracker.
