**Job description**:
The main responsibilities of the posts include:

- Overall line and delivery management of the MyHR MOD Apps functional team
- Member of the CDS Apps Management Team
- Responsible for maintaining working relationships with the HR product and functional owners; and peer groups within CIO
- Manage the completion of the performance of the full cycle of the upgrade process from initial assessment of release notes through to the build, test, and release phase
- Allocation of resources to meet prioritised and emerging customer demands
- Control the management of configuration tasks within the system
- Monitor and control the investigation and resolution of incident management tickets recorded on Remedy ensuring compliance with the SLA for system updates and ticket resolution
- Control the investigation of emerging issues and the development, test and deployment of ad-hoc fixes / changes where needed
- Supervise the provision of tier 2/3 level functional support and serves as the escalation point for unresolved configuration issues from EC/Civ Pers
- Ensure documentation of configuration tasks within the system is complete and current and complies with best practice
- Ensure the completion of unit testing, for change updates and fixes, before handing over to the HR Product Owners and testing team
- Provide update and escalations to senior management as and when required

Other responsibilities:
- Manage Service/Enhancement Request activities with Oracle for bugs and responsible for escalation to Application Support Team Lead if required
- Maintains Oracle HCM Business Processes (break-fix, incidents, and enhancements) for the MOD modules
- Perform special projects (e.g., year-end activities) as directed by senior management
- Mentor and provide leadership development to team members and promote continuous learning within Oracle CSM
- Coordinates with release manager, functional support (configuration) and product owners for upgrade assessments Submits findings to Functional Lead for approval
- Escalation points for Service/Enhancement requests with Oracle. Responsible for escalating to Solution Architect/Product Owner for CSM escalations
