We are looking for an eCommerce Administrator to join our central Bristol office, on a full-time, permanent basis, offering hybrid working, who shares our passion for our business, ecommerce and the brands that we work with.

**About the role
- eCommerce Admin Assistant**
**The main responsibilities for our eCommerce Assistant role include but are not limited to**:
- Working with the eCommerce Executives to implement the trade plan for each brand they work on
- Ensuring all assets needed for the trade plan are available at the given time, and are in the correct format for optimal performance
- Supporting the eCommerce team with onsite updates and seasonal launches
- Gather data for any ad hoc reporting requests & provide analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Review feedback from Customer Service on customer requests, returns, requests for colours or products not available yet (also use Klaviyo data), replacement parts and discrepancies with price/quantities
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally

Ideally, you will have a degree in marketing or have some work experience in either digital marketing or eCommerce and be interested in developing your career further within eCommerce. Someone who has strong communication skills is vital for this role, as is sharing our passion for the brands that we work with. Strong Excel and Shopify experience would be a bonus. You might have previous experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, eCommerce Assistant, Digital Marketing Administrator or eCommerce Administrator.
