**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter, who has an interest in the sectors we recruit within; Marketing, Creative and Digital recruitment. We can teach the market knowledge, but what we do ask is that you are conscientious, service driven, and keen to really immerse yourself in your chosen market. This will involve attending network events within your chosen market, reading the latest blogs, and featuring on panels and Q&A sessions. With our support, and your hard work and drive, you will become a market leader

We offer the best tools on the market to help you to excel in your role, such as your own LinkedIn Recruiter license, SourceBreaker, a market leading CRM, and access to major CV databases/job posting boards. We have recently moved into new beautiful offices in the centre of Bristol, and have a flexible approach to remote working. For us, it’s about enabling you to work in the way that suits you

We know that most agencies split markets into small segments which can restrict your development and growth. You will have lots of choice and freedom over the market you decide to work within, and you'll have the support and backing of two very established Directors across Marketing and Digital.

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within an outbound sales focused role
- Experience as a 360 recruiter across any market - Marketing/Creative/Digital would be advantageous, but you should at least have a general interest in learning about marketing
- Commercial and target driven
- Conscientious, empathetic and a genuine team player
- Exceptional standards for service and delivery
- Willingness to immerse yourself in digital marketing/eCommerce
- Ideally holding a degree or further education qualification

We’re offering a competitive basic salary, as well as 23 days’ annual leave, plus your birthday off, Christmas shut down (that doesn’t use your holiday allowance), and Bank Holidays. **Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
