**Location - Sandwich, Kent**
**Salary - £11.95 to £13.25 per hour**
**Benefits - Hybrid working, after completing training**

Do you have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment?
We have a fantastic opportunity in Sandwich for a Technical Support Administrator to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full-time on initially a 12-month contract.
**Responsibilities**
- Administration of electronic and hard copy records (eg current paper calibration certificate)
- Publishing reports and metrics
- Preparing monthly presentations
- Updating department communications
- Booking travel, meetings, and preparing expenses
- Inbox management
- System housekeeping (EAMS/GDMS/SharePoint)
- Raising work requests as required
- Uploading of documentation using both SharePoint and GDMS
- Raising of Purchase Orders, financial reconciliation/invoice, and payment queries
- Chasing vendor reports and completing work orders as required
- Booking of visitors and sending notifications to vendors
- Other duties as deemed reasonable
**Skills and Experience**
- Sound knowledge of database and document management
- GMP Regulatory Awareness
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Able to undertake data inputting activities rapidly with a high degree of accuracy
