HR Services Assistant

Brakes are now recruiting for a HR Service Assistant to join the HR Services team to support with administering across a range of tasks. You can expect to be the first point of contact for colleagues and people managers, responsible for providing an accurateand efficient service on all aspects of HR administration through the colleague’s employment lifecycle.
This role is based on a **
Permanent contract
** at Enterprise House in Ashford, Kent, Working full time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week. Hybrid working is available with a mixture of home and office working.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
- Administering all starter, in-employment and leaver procedures, ensuring all relevant outside agencies and internal departments are informed where necessary
- Ensure all necessary information is received and processed on relevant databases; SAP, pensions, expenses, mileage and healthcare etc
- Maintaining accurate colleague records on the SAP system
- Communicating with all colleagues at different levels through out the business, answering queries from People Managers and colleagues and corresponding with HR Business Partner or specialists when necessary.
- Preparing ad hoc reports and analysis from SAP for HR Business Partners
- Acts as a central point of contact for collation of employee relations paperwork
- Works cross-functionally with our colleagues in the HR Department that support the same business area and can make proactive suggestions and see the implications of actions

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and previous working experience within HR Administration or Business Administration. You’ll have experience and thrive working in a fast-paced environment and able to work with sensitiveand confidential data. You’ll be comfortable working towards tight deadlines with a calm and confident approach. A brilliant opportunity for someone interested in progressing a career in HR. Strong computer literacy in Word and Excel is essential along withstrong communication skills. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
