HR Administrator

Experienced HR Administrator required for a 6-month temporary role.Overview:
- To provide a comprehensive general administration service to the HR Team focusing specifically on new starters and parental rights.Job requirements:
- Monitoring the HR mailbox, responding to queries and directing as necessary.
- Checking eligibility to work documentation
- Processing pre-employment medical checks
- Collecting and recording new starter information such as qualification documents, contractual paperwork, employment references
- Adding new starters onto systems and allocating learning plans
- Maintaining organisational charts
- Respond to references for ex-employees
- Advising on maternity, paternity and parental leave rights
- Provide generalist HR Advice as appropriate
Person spec:
- Level 3 CIPD or equivalent qualification/experience
- Significant experience in a Recruitment or HR role
- Great attention to detail, efficient, positive attitude, able to work to deadlines and excellent customer service
This is a great opportunity to join an established team and support the HR function of a large organisation.
- Offering an immediate start for a 6-month temporary assignment. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with 2-days office based and 3-days from home.
