**Job Title**:HR Administrator
**Location**:Ashford
**Industry**:FMCG
**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
**Term**: 3 months
**Pay**: £10ph - £12ph
**Your key responsibilities as the new HRAdministrator would be to**:
- Create, review and accurately update job adverts
- Support hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Prepare offer letters and contracts
- Manage the onboarding process of all new starters i.e. obtain the correct Right to Work documents, complete new starter declarations and gather payroll information
- Coordinate training and development for all new and existing staff, both virtual and in person training sessions
- Take responsibility for organising performance management meetings such as appraisals, mid-year reviews and end of probation reviews
- Support the HR department with any adhoc duties as required
**Skills/Experience required**:
- 1+ year's HR administration experience is desirable
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and HR systems
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
