Senior HR Officer

**The Role**
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, customer focused individual to lead a team of two HR Officers delivering a wide range of employee relations services. You will be responsible for providing leadership, management and coaching support to your team of professionally qualified officers.
Providing advice on complex employment conditions, remuneration, employment law and similar matters, you will work closely with managers to provide hands-on support and to assist them to interpret and implement policies and procedures.
Reporting to the HR manager, you will lead in handling complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
**Who are we looking for?**
You will be Chartered MCIPD or have an equivalent Personnel related qualification, along with having experience and knowledge in:
Introducing new policies and procedures which effect strategic change.
Handling complex case work covering discipline, grievance, capability, sickness etc.
Report writing skills.
Current employment law knowledge.
Policy drafting skills.
