A well established and respected manufacturing/engineering business based in south-west London is seeking a highly accomplished, proactive Senior HR Manager to act as Business Partner to the UK-based senior leadership team.
Leading a team of 4 - covering both HR and recruitment - you will provide a high level strategic service to this business unit (part of a much larger globally established organisation), working with the SLT to design and deliver a HR strategy that continuesto ensure the business delivers its objectives, increasing performance and focus on talent development and succession planning.
This business unit is going through a period of transition and as such you must be experienced and confident in managing redundancy, restructures and consultations (this process has already begun, but it will be down to you to see this through to completion).
The organisation is keen to secure the services of a Senior HR Manager that focus on culture; the business does not want to lose the culture that it has spent a significant amount of time creating - and a culture that has underpinned the success of the business
- whilst these changes are taking place. As such you must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the business to reconfirm the vision, values and culture of the organisation.
To be considered for this role you will:

- Be happy to be based on site 5 days per week - hybrid working is not on offer;
- An experienced Senior HR Manager with people management responsibilities;
- A true generalist, happy to work in a strategic capacity.
