**Interim HR Manager**

**Ashford | Full-time | Interim - up to 6 months | c£60,000**

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join our client’s food manufacturing organisation based in Ashford on an interim basis.

**Role Duties**:

- Responsible for the entire HR function in a standalone position
- Manage the complete recruitment process including inductions and liaising with agencies
- Working closely with the Finance team to ensure the company pension scheme is correct
- Organise, deliver and monitor training across the organisation
- Advise and support all staff on employment law and HR related queries
- Responsible for all disciplinaries, investigations and grievances
- Report to the Board/Directors with KPI information and offer suggestions for improvement
- Ensure policies and procedures are developed/amended/implemented when required including updating the company handbook
- Responsible for regular HR reporting and HR data analysis
- Maintain all HR documents and files to ensure the organisation are legally compliant
- Completing regular HR related projects
- Extensive experience (minimum of 3 years) within a Senior HR Management position
- Experience of food manufacturing desirable but not essential
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, Level 7 preferred
- Ability to drive and develop a HR function by implementing HR strategies and projects
- Experience of delivering change and improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relationship build at all levels
- Commercially focussed approach
- Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure and to be able to prioritise own workload
