**Customer Service Administrator**
**Location**: Ferndown
**Hourly Rate**:£20k-£22k Depending on Experience
**Hours**:Monday to Friday Full Time - 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm
Our client, an international card publisher is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to expand their brand to higher levels.
The Customer Relationship advisor will have a varied role which helps in all areas of the Customer Service and front office department.
The role is about working efficiently and building relationships with customers. It is a fast-paced role which requires a good understanding of how to prioritise workloads and multi-task.
**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator**:
- Taking orders on the phone
- Collecting orders from warehouse
- Filing
- Ordering of supplies
- Ad hoc duties
- Processing of credits
- Fulfilment of mail out campaigns
- Sampling
- Keeping showroom up to date and fully stocked
- Following up enquiries / issues
- Meeting deadlines set by Management
