Main Duties:

- to communicate with both clients and life companies in a professional manner and comply with the Company’s procedures.
- Updating back office systems with changes to client portfolios.
- Preparing paperwork pre and post client appointments.
- General administrative duties and other ad hoc work as required from time to time

Skills required:
Need to have experience of working with an investment platform (preferably Standard Life WRAP)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience of XPLAN back office would be nice
- Previous exam passes at FPC or RO levels not essential but preferable
