Ology Holdings consists of a group of SEO-focused businesses employing 50+ people, notably UK Linkology (link building) and Reachology (digital PR).

We are looking for a technical SEO professional with at least two years of experience and demonstrable results, to join us in launching a new onsite SEO service during an exciting period of growth.

You will have significant control of developing the service and how we deliver it with the chance for fast career progression. Liaising regularly with our account managers and content teams you will provide a first-class technical SEO service.

You will have marketing support and access to an existing client base that is hungry for us to provide technical SEO services.

It goes without saying that you will know SEO inside out and are comfortable being immersed in and solving technical issues.

We are not looking for someone that runs off reports and then hands them to developers without really understanding the issues. We need someone that can make the easay fixes if needed and communicate confidently with developers on the client-side when more complex tasks need completing.

- A problem solver
- Manged multiple SEO accounts in a variety of niches
- Track record of getting results
- Deep understanding of general SEO
- Knowledge of Google algorithms
- Able to operate unsupervised with a great work ethic
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript etc

- Technical audits
- Identifying crawl errors
- Logfile analysis
- Fixing redirect issues
- Improving Core Web Vitals scores
- Website migrations
- Google penalty analysis and removal
- Information architecture
- Internal linking and anchor text analysis
- Content analysis
- Accessibility reporting and fixes
- Schema markup implementation
- Keyword research and content optimisations
- Rank tracking and analytics tools
- SERP analysis
- Mobile optimisation
- Building reports for internal teams and clients

Experience of all or some of the following tools; (*essential)
- Google search console*
- Screaming Frog
- Lighthouse / Page Speed Insights*
- Deepcrawl or Oncrawl or similar
- Any rank trackers
- SEM rush
- Ahrefs
- Majestic SEO
- Analytics tools (GA, Adobe etc.)
- Excel (must be proficient)

Nice to haves
- Programming skills (PHP, JavaScript etc.)
- HTML/skills
- Management skills
- Knowledge of common content management systems

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
