What You'll Do (Duties)

You will lead and support our SEO efforts across all content categories: injectables, skin health, surgery, regenerative medicine, and hair restoration.

Your responsibilities include:

• Research, plan, and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth
• Write medically accurate, high-performing SEO treatment pages for the London, New York and Beverly Hills market
• Conduct keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and SERP landscape evaluations
• Perform on-page optimisation, internal linking, content clustering, and metadata optimisation
• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the team to improve site health
• Conduct SEO audits, crawl analysis, and content performance reviews
• Monitor search trends, traffic fluctuations, and algorithm shifts
• Recommend content updates to boost rankings and maintain authority
• Track and analyse article-level performance
• Inform SEO direction for new treatments, service launches, and site optimisations
• Stay ahead of aesthetic industry trends, Google updates, and emerging search behaviours
• Build data-backed content frameworks in alignment with ALTA's luxury brand positioning
• This is a full time role and we require high volume of quality content

Requirements (Unless You Convince Us Otherwise)

• Proven ability to write high-quality content (portfolio required)
• 1–3+ years of SEO experience with measurable results
• Strong grasp of SEO strategy, on-page optimisation, and content architecture
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms
• Ability to perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor audits
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Strong Excel/Sheets, HTML basics, and general web literacy
• Ability to translate complex medical topics into luxury, patient-friendly content
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Passion for digital strategy, ranking growth, and continuous optimisation
