The Role
This is an exciting and varied specialist role which aims to make a real difference in handling issues at an individual level.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver people practises which develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Supporting large-scale change programmes, and being a point of contact for topics such as organisational restructures, maternity and paternity, sickness absence.
Helping ensure our employee handbook, policies and code of conduct are up to date, legally compliant and reflect our culture and ways of working..
You have experience of handling investigation and disciplinary processes.
You have change management experience.
You proactively ensure your Employment Law expertise is up-to-date, this role will cover the UK Legal Jurisdictions but will also advise and support US, Canada or France teams.
Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to grow great relationships with stakeholders
A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
Graduate level - Chartered CIPD qualified or relevant exp
