Job Title: ER Manager

**Salary**: up to £55,000pa
Location: London / hybrid
A renowned academic institution are seeking an ER Manager who has previously specialised in medical ER casework.
*Please note - applicants will only be successful if they possess medical/NHS ER casework knowledge and experience.*

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking the lead in supporting Line Managers on ER casework
- Ensuring proactive and timely resolution of ER cases
- Developing close working relationships with senior HR
- Providing periodical casework reports to Head of ER
- Working with Organisational and Professional Development to develop and deliver training on ER casework
Skills required:

- Previous experience/knowledge of NHS/medical ER casework
- CIPD Member or equivalent through experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of supporting managers through change processes
- Ability to develop policy
