The role
We have a superb opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team. As Receptionist you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of Guestline/Rezlynx, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
