We are currently seeking 1 new Customer Service Support for our site site at Feltham.

**About the vacancy**:
This is a great opportunity to work alongside the Business Solutions Manager and learn all about client services that happen behind the scenes of a successful freight company.

**Key responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues using standard procedures.

Log and track customer interactions in the helpdesk system.

Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments as needed.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

**Customer Experience**:
Understand how establishing the facts enable you to create a customer focused experience and appropriate response.

Understand how to build trust with a customer and why this is important.

**Requirements**:
Education: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
