**Compliance Leader**

As a Compliance Leader you will ensure the factory Quality Management System and associated activities are in compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), market regulations, regulatory licence requirements and Reckitt Business Management System. You will also support and improve the factory complaints, product quality review and internal auditing systems.

**In this role you'll**:

- Ensure factory activities are fully complaint with regulatory and Reckitt guidelines to minimise risk to consumers, company and brand name.
- Generate and communicate Product Quality Reviews and ensuring that any recommendations and improvements are reflected in factory/area or product improvement plans.
- Manage the site complaints handling system resulting from factory activity, to ensure effective escalations, communication and close out of complaints.
- Facilitate external regulatory and third party customer audits received by the factory.
- Coach and train of cGMP best practise and quality problem solving tools. Actively involved in projects to develop and improve the quality management system.
- Coordination of compliance data requests and submission to both markets and global regulatory functions to support Hull manufactured products in market.

- Good understanding of Reckitt pharmaceutical manufacturing and QC testing operations.
- Broad understanding of manufacturing operations business and quality management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the legal requirements, rules and guidance covering the manufacture of pharmaceutical products in Europe.
- Wide experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to coach and negotiate with other functions in Supply.
