As a Quality Systems Leader you will ensure that Factory systems are fit for purpose, ensure that the user community is supported and fully trained in the functionality of the systems, and management functions are provided with appropriate metrics to enable Reckitt to maintain compliance of our systems within the regulations. In this role you'll:

- Ensure maintenance of business based activities (system & Processes) are aligned to the RB QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and validation.
- Ensure complete and thorough system documentation for systems administration and end user.
- Provide support to business users and outsourcers such as but not limited to training, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Provide support to all users of Factory systems in a consultative capacity to continually improve quality and compliance.
- Support the development and delivery of system & process specific SOPs and any other key system maintenance documentation.
- Work with the business system owners & IT teams to support audits (internal & external) across the system lifecycle to confirm compliance of the system with local, regional and industry standards.

**You’ll succeed because**
you’ve a background in manufacturing as a team or quality leader. You understand healthcare production or the challenges of a similarly regulated environment. You:

- Have strong IT literacy
- crucial in this role.
- Have experience with business processes and requirements analysis as a critical input to systems design and validation.
- Understand regulatory requirements relevant to the Reckitt portfolio of products and electronic systems (GAMP).
- Have Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority.
- Have the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
