Kingston upon Hull, United Kingdom Swift Group Ltd Full time

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Quality Auditor**

Do you take pride in your attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Quality Auditor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing audits on our current processes across our site in Cottingham, Hull. You will work closely with our QA Champions to ensure that quality is built into every single product we produce.

In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be product diverse and have the ability to audit any product at any time. Your role will play a critical part in maintaining the safety and quality of our products, ensuring that legislation and customer expectations are met.

**What a day in the life of a Quality Auditor looks like at Swift**:
As a Quality Auditor, your responsibilities will include following the Check, Challenge, Correct and Confirm mantra, carrying out process audits, ensuring machinery and equipment are calibrated, recording data accurately, and escalating adverse findings when necessary. You will also support the QA Team Leaders, QA Champions and Quality Managers in final product assembly and manufacturing engineering. Other responsibilities include:

- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and campaigns.
- Challenge any poor practice in assembly or defective products in process and seek an immediate resolution with the team.
- Actively seek to monitor and ensure process compliance and offer suggestions for improvements.
- Build working relationships across all areas of the business.
- Driving improvement through data collection and engineering collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Quality Systems.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be successful in this role, you should be able to work well in a team, and communicate effectively. Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as we provide full training.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to contribute to the continuing growth of a strong quality culture in our business. If you display our core values of Energy, Professionalism, Innovation, and Community, then we want to hear from you
