Airco are a highly respected and established HVAC Contractor based in Hull. Our portfolio encompasses a full range of refrigeration and air conditioning, from complex process cooling solutions to heat pumps, from mobile units to full comfort cooling designs. In short, we design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain the full range of equipment, from all the leading manufacturers to blue chip clients.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a Hub Leader for one of our Head office Service Delivery desks

In addition to the service co-ordinator responsibilities the hub leader is expected to oversee the effective performance of your hub team to achieve the following key objectives:

- Successful financial performance on your designated contracts - through commercial awareness and efficient planning by the team
- Engineer Utilisation and minimum downtime
- Manage WIP (keep low)
- Key Account management resulting in customer satisfaction through successful delivery of contracts
- Timely response to queries & requests
- Dispute/complaint resolution
- Job progress updates (eg parts on order)
- Consistency of service
- Attend progress review meetings
- Alerting Engineer Supervisor to issues with designated engineers (ie late paperwork or unsatisfactory job outcome)
- Identifying any performance issues or training needs of the hub staff and working with Hub Manager to achieve positive outcome
- Conduct reviews with hub staff
- Contribute to Planning Meetings

What will you do
- Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance works in consultation with client availability
- Organise all necessary access equipment and site requirements including components
- Prepare RAMS for clients and engineers
- Allocate works to designated engineers
- Ensure works are scheduled and completed within client KPI’s
- Following engineer attendance, manage the status of the task, upload the relevant reports and process through the necessary inhouse systems and client portals
- Manage the asset registers
- Review completed work reports to identify queries, when necessary, raise with relevant parties
- Upload reports to the necessary internal systems and external portals within the standard KPI’s, ensuring client compliance requirements are fulfilled
- Provide non-technical support to designated clients
- Raise purchase order requests and uplifts through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Following completion of works, produce and upload any compliance certification through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Carryout all necessary portals requirements are completed to prevent any delays to payment
- Review the quotation tracker to ensure client specific KPI’s are maintained. Liaise with relevant internal parties to ensure deadlines are maintained
- Carryout any additional duties when required

Who are we looking for
- Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years previous experience with a proven track record working in a Hub leader role/ service management role, preferably Facilities Management
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple inhouse systems and client portals (following training)
- You will be a highly organised individual who can demonstrate priorising your own workload
- An individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times
- You will be able to build internal and external relationships, you will feel comfortable working within a team, but have the strength of conviction to ensure your clients requirements are prioritised
- An ability to work to tight deadline and quick turnaround times, ensuring all KPI’s are met
- An individual who has the ability to continuously review working practices, looking for improvements which will bring efficiencies and increase productivity

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
