Kestrel Ophthalmics are looking for a Sales and Office administrator to work within our small friendly team in Creekmoor. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills, comprehensive experience of Microsoft Office, good communication/interpersonal skills and a friendly approach. Sage 200 experience would be preferable but not essential.

Key roles include but are not restricted to:

- Answer the telephone in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Process sales orders through Sage 200.
- Maintain stock levels, order product stock through Sage and assist with monthly stock checks.
- Check deliveries of stock in and advise of any discrepancies.
- Maintain relationships and communication with the relevant suppliers.
- Bookkeeping duties including sending out statements, handling account enquiries and allocating payments.
- Support marketing manager with upcoming meetings and events.

All employees will be trained to a level of product knowledge to enable them to answer enquiries efficiently in the remit of their position.
