Priest Engineering Co (Poole) Ltd requires an Office Administrator, preferably with an engineering company background, to join the team in our business at our busy production facility. We are an AS9100 accredited company, and we manufacture and supply the Aerospace, Nuclear and Defence Industries.

The position is based at the company factory in Holton Heath, Poole Dorset.

**Office Administrator Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and liaise with the General Manager. Follow through on any queries relating to these.
- Assist with producing and distributing works jobs cards and costing, liaising with staff to achieve this.
- Ordering of Office Supplies.
- Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required, handling enquiries.
- Greet visitors to the office in a professional manner.
- Audio typing of reports and letters with speed and accuracy.
- Operate internal System - Progress Plus (MRP) (Full training will be provided).
- Maintain the office filing and archiving system in both hard and electronic format.
- Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office and supporting Finance Administrator where necessary.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and time management.

**Full -Time / Part-Time Position**
- Experience in the Engineering Industry. (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Pass at GCSEs or equivalent - particularly English and Maths
