**Part Time Administrator**
- We're looking for an Administrator to join our client's Leading Manufacturing team in Poole. _
- This is a **Permanent Part-Time Role**, working hours are either Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm or 9am-4pm & Friday, 9am-1pm. _

**What you will be doing**
- Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Take calls and direct appropriately
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area.
- Manage visitor lunches as required
- Assist with travel bookings
- Co-ordinate and oversee on site inductions for new starts/visitors
- Finance admin to include - supplier statement reconciliations and administering accounts payable inbox
- General office administration duties as required and to assist other departments.
**To be successful in this role you'll have**
- Previous administrator experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Incredible organisational skills & a keen eye for detail
