Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part time position with competitive pay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support the HR department with various administrative tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role
- Proficient in computerised systems
- Strong clerical skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong administrative and office management abilities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
