**Job Title: Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining organised document systems
- Preparing shipments for journalists and influencers.
- Assisting in document production and formatting.
- Efficient file and diary management.
- Providing general office administration support.

**Qualifications and Skills**: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your own.
