**Job description**
The Senior Data Visualisation Producer will manage multiple work streams that will be responsible for creating content charts, interactives, and graphics to support the publications the Office for National Statistics (ONS) produce.
You will be part of the Publishing and Content teams who, amongst other functions, are a conduit to publishing content on the ONS website. They also maintain rolling products aimed at inquiring citizens such as the Covid insights tool,the most visited page on the ONS website. The team publishes high-profile content, used by a variety of users (media, government etc) on a daily basis.
You’ll need good communication skills to work closely with stakeholders from across the ONS, developing relationships with business areas to collaborate on analysis, produce products aimed at citizens and find solutions to problems on how to present their data that most clearly communicates their analysis.
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience of creating graphics that display data truthfully and effectively, and the ability to explain visualisation choices to others.
- Collaborate well in a diverse team and other stakeholders within the organisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead several projects at the same time.
- Awareness of visualisation best practice.
- Being proactive in making complex processes more efficient.

**Salary**: £37,688.00-£42,519.00 per year
