Client Services Executive

Our client is a well-established, leading mailing company who have been delivering high quality, customer focused services since 1985. They have an opportunity to join their expanding and busy data and print team. The role is available with immediate effectand is based at their Burgess Hill facilities, approximately 10-15 minutes walk from Burgess Hill train station.
**Overview**:
They are looking for a positive and pro-active individual to join their expanding Client Services Team.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities of the position**:
- To manage client jobs including producing paperwork and any other required admin related to those jobs. This will include the production of various documentation and the use of a number of online portals on a daily basis
- To liaise internally with their production, data, print and warehouse teams to ensure jobs are scheduled, processed and invoiced both accurately and to schedule
- To work on commercial aspects related to client jobs including supplying pricing to clients and producing invoicing paperwork for their accounts team to process
- To identify opportunities to increase client sales and to work with the client services team, alongside any other internal team, to manage that process
- To work in a pro-active and positive manner and to recognize that working as part of a team(s) is a fundamental aspect of the role
- To be flexible in how you carry out your work and in how you work with other members of the company
**Key Skills & Experience**:
They are looking for someone who is/has:
- Knowledge, or previous experience, of mailing/distribution/fulfilment services would be beneficial but is not required
- Proactive and practically oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- A calm and professional approach when dealing with all client situations
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Hours: Full time position, Mon-Fri 5-day, 40 hour working week
- Salary: c. £23k - £27.5k dependent upon experience. Salary comprised of a basic salary with the potential of ad-hoc bonuses
