**Senior Customer Service Executive - Aviation**

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE, Burgess Hill (Outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday, parking, pension

**The Role**

We are delighted to partnering with a wonderful business in the aviation component repair sector in their search for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their small, friendly team. Working as part of a small, valued team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing shipment, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- ** Order Management**: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- ** Quotations and Documentation**: Prepare and provide quotations, generate final paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- ** Liaison**: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ** Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in the role of Senior Customer Service Executive, priority will be given to those with office-based aviation experience. You will be a proactive & customer-focused individual who thrives on building strong relationships and providing outstanding service every time. You will be confident and capable of handling multiple tasks in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Due to the rural location - it's essential you have your own transport. This role could suit someone who has worked as an MRO Executive, MRO Team Leader, Aviation Customer Service Advisor.
